The sunny ski resort Schöneben is to be found at the Reschen pass, near the border triangle between South Tyrol, North Tyrol, and Engadin. The ski resort in the middle of the lakes of Reschen lives up to its name: Seven lifts, guaranteed snow until spring, and wide slopes offer variety for families, snowboarders and pleasure skiers. At the nearby Reschen lake unique opportunities for ice skating, kiting, ice sailing and cross-country skiing are to be found.

The Schöneben ski area offers a total of 30 kilometers of slopes and six ski lifts for passionate skiers and snowboarders as well as for pleasure travelers and families.

Directly by the Reschen pass the Schöneben ski area is located at an altitude from 1500 to 2550 m. A total of 37 kilometers of slope waits for you, while the six lifts guarantee that you will never have to wait long to dive into the wintery fun. A skiing holiday at the Reschen pass in one of the most popular family resorts in South Tyrol will delight you with perfectly groomed slopes, the snowpark Schöneben and the new Funslope!
The Haider alp ski area with its 20 predominantly moderate kilometers of slope is the right choice for recreational skiers and convinces especially through its beautiful landscape and proximity to the Reschen lake. With its location at 2700 m altitude, it offers the longest descent in Vinschgau- this makes skiing at the Reschen pass much fun! A ski kindergarten and a snow park for snowboarders at the Reschen pass round out the offer.

Who rather prefers a quiet area and enjoys romantic cottages is in good hands at the ski resort Maseben. Especially enthusiastic winter sportsmen who like to have a ski tour at the Reschen pass will be happy here: The impressive Rojen valley and the intact Langtauferer valley invite you to clip on your skis and go for a ride. Popular destinations include the “Äußere Nockenkopf” and the “Grionkopf” above the Rojental, the “Große Schafskopf”, the “Seebodenspitze” and the “Glockhauser” in the Langtauferer valley. Experienced ski mountaineers find an adequate challenge during a ski tour from the Sesvenna cottage up to the Piz Sesvenna. Please note that you need complete, high-quality equipment for ski tours at the Reschen pass and you need to inform yourself before your tour about the current weather conditions.
If you want to experience a ski vacation beyond the Reschen pass ski area you have the opportunity to undertake a three-country ski safari to Samnaun, Fiss Ladis, Sulden, St. Moritz and Scuol.
