The Reschen pass belongs beside Latsch-Martell and Obervinschgau to the designated nordic walking areas in the region. Here you have many opportunities to harmonize your body and mind during a gentle total body workout and to experience the healing power of nature.

Nordic walking on different routes around the Reschen lake
Six nordic walking trails are to be found around the Reschen lake: Those combine all the joy of movement with the enjoyment of nature. From the small Graun route (2,6 km) to the route Melag (4,8 km) to the big Reschen route (9,8 km), the routes not only of different lengths but also different levels of difficulty. Simply grab your sticks and take pleasure in the views of the Ortler and the sunken steeple! If you don´t have your sticks at hand, no problem: You can buy new sticks or even borrow a pair in a couple of shops to get started with nordic walking in South Tyrol. Even runners have the chance to burn their energy and compete with others during the Reschen lake run every summer that starts from the steeple that sticks out of the Reschen lake. Besides the main run, there is also running for celebrities, hand cyclists and children: Even nordic walkers can participate in the race.
